Join us for our in-person Flock 101 presentation! - Aug 18

Join us as we share information on Flock Safety, automated license plate readers, and how all of these cameras contribute to mass surveillance in America and Miami.
In summary, Flock and ALPR vendors provide mass surveillance for hire with over 100,000 cameras nationwide and a shared database for almost all of law enforcement (local, state, and potentially federal) to check and receive notifications about people's daily movements.
MTEC's position is that ALPRs must be removed through local governments cancelling their agreements with these companies.
We are running this event as part of the DeFlock National Week of Action Against ALPRs and in collaboration with the Florida Digital Rights Association, who takes the same stance against these cameras as we do.
